About the Conference
The International Conference on AI Ethics (ICAE) is a virtual event hosted by i.equalcare, with the aim of bringing together students and researchers of all levels to discuss the socioethical implications of current artificial intelligence development and use. Authors of accepted submissions will pre-record a short video regarding their article and research, which will be presented via an online platform on the day of the conference.
All accepted submissions will be published in ICAE conference proceedings on the i.equalcare website.

Notification of acceptance and awards: November 29, 2023
Recorded presentation deadline: December 7, 2023
Online Conference date: December 9, 2023
Submission Guidelines
All articles must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following article categories are welcome:
- Opinion article: Express your perspective on current developments or issues
- Review essay: Analyze and provide an informational summary on existing research or studies
- Research report: Describe the process, data, and findings of an investigation you conducted
Submissions should be 2-5 pages long and formatted according to i.equalcare article guidelines–>
Awards
Best Article Award (500$ USD prize)
Innovative Research Award (200$ USD prize)
AI Advocacy Award (200$ USD prize)
The winner of each award will receive a certificate of recognition
